Privacy policy

What data we process

We process the data you provide in the contact form or the review form: full name, phone number, e-mail address, project location, message content and attached files (photos, plans). Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number or e-mail address we cannot reply.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote, i.e. steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Handling feedback and contacting you about it, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Data may be shared with providers that help us run the website and handle the forms: the website hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.), the company that processes form submissions on our behalf (Flowtellect) and our e-mail provider (Google). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to reply and for any subsequent cooperation, and then for the limitation period for claims. Messages that did not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 12 months after receipt.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence or in Poland (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not use third-party tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time of request). A project description typed into the “Describe your idea” field is stored briefly only in your browser's session storage to carry it over to the contact form, and it is deleted once transferred or when you close the tab.

Changes

This version of the privacy policy applies from 25 September 2026.
